β Do I need to sign a safety/financial responsibility waiver?
Yes. A waiver must be signed before setup. We'll send it to you ahead of time or have it available for you to sign at delivery. This helps ensure safety for everyone involved.
β Is there a damage deposit?
No. However, we will require a card to keep on file in case of any damages. The renter will be responsible for all damages to rented items.
β Will there be a walk-around check after setup?
Yes. After setup, weβll do a quick walk-around inventory check with you to make sure everything is in good condition and properly set up. This ensures youβre satisfied before your rental officially begins and helps avoid any issues at pickup
β What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and cash at this time. A PayPal link will be provided for your deposit, and you can pay the balance in cash or through PayPal upon delivery.
β Is delivery included?
Delivery is $25 within 10 miles of Morgantown, WV.
For farther distances:
11β30 miles: $50
30-50 miles: $65
50+ miles: Send us a message for a quote
Additional fees may apply for setups with stairs, long distances to carry, or multiple units.
β What happens if it rains?
We understand weather can be unpredictable. If bad weather is expected, you may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to the morning of your event. We do not set up in rain or high winds for safety reasons.
β What do I need to provide on my end?
A flat, clean space free of sharp objects
Access to power within 75 feet (or let us know if you need a generator)
Adult supervision at all times during use
